Refund policy

30-Day Return Period

You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. Returns are accepted for eligible defective and non-defective items, including eligible change-of-mind returns. Contact us before sending anything back. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return Eligibility

Items must be unused, unaltered, in their original condition, and returned with their original packaging and proof of purchase. Products that have been used, assembled, cut, mixed, damaged after delivery, or returned incomplete are not eligible unless required by applicable law.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, or practical reasons, clearance items, gift cards, opened sealed products, and items identified as final sale cannot be returned unless defective or otherwise required by law.

How to Request a Return

Email cheervivibeads@outlook.com with your order number, the products concerned, the reason for return, and photographs where relevant. If approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address.

Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted within 30 days after delivery, subject to product availability and prior approval. Contact us before returning any item for exchange. If the requested replacement is unavailable, we will discuss an alternative product or refund with you.

Return Shipping

For a change-of-mind return or ordering error, the customer is responsible for return shipping and any related fees. If we confirm that an item was defective, damaged on arrival, or sent incorrectly, we will provide an appropriate remedy and cover reasonable return costs where applicable.

Refunds

We inspect returned items within 3 business days after receipt. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

Notify us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photographs of the products, outer packaging, shipping label, and packing materials. Do not discard the packaging until the review is complete.

Cancellations

An order may be canceled only before processing begins. Contact us immediately; cancellation cannot be guaranteed after preparation or shipment has started.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights available under applicable consumer law.
